  • Sliced cucumber
  • Diced avocado
  • Tsp of sunflower seeds
  • Tsp Of olive oil
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • Optional to add chopped chicken or tofu
  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.
