Reflecting provides the opportunity to understand and get to know yourself on a deeper level. By continuously reflecting you will develop a deeper sense of self awareness and accountability.
How can you implement reflection?
Reflection can be done anywhere or any time that is convenient for you. It can be done by yourself or you can reflect with someone. Here are some questions to ask yourself:
- Why is this feeling or reaction coming up for me?
- What was my experience like in this situation?
- What do I need to learn from this situation or feeling?
- If I could improve how I show up, what might that look like?
- What do I need to do for myself now?
- What do I need to give myself today?
