- Set oven to 425 degrees.
- Lay tin foil on a baking sheet.
- Clean, cut and peel carrots.
- Line them up on the baking sheet and lightly coat with an oil that can cook in high heat (ie coconut oil)
- Sprinkle garlic powder, thyme, black pepper and salt over the carrots.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes on one side then roll carrots over in pan for another 10-15 minutes – or until desired tenderness.
