• Set oven to 425 degrees.
  • Lay tin foil on a baking sheet.
  • Clean, cut and peel carrots.
  • Line them up on the baking sheet and lightly coat with an oil that can cook in high heat (ie coconut oil)
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, thyme, black pepper and salt over the carrots.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes on one side then roll carrots over in pan for another 10-15 minutes – or until desired tenderness.
