Oats in a Jar
For a healthy on-the-go breakfast…
Ingredients
½ C of NON-INSTANT OATMEAL
Just over ½ C of plant-based milk
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of ground flax seeds
1 tbsp of peanut butter
A drizzle of grade A or B maple syrup
A dash of cinnamon
Directions
Starting with the oats, place all ingredients in a mason jar.
Stir or shake well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Grab and go in the morning – don’t forget a spoon!
